Code of Conduct
Loyalty Labs is a community meant for respectful exchange and shared learning. WolfBrown's Loyalty Labs team will remove any content or people from Loyalty Labs at its discretion if they do not honor our Code of Conduct.
To create a space that is welcoming and productive for everyone, we ask that you:


Be kind. Treat others with respect, stay constructive, and use friendly, inclusive language, remembering that tone is difficult to interpret in text-only communication. We have zero tolerance for trolling, spamming, harassment, bullying, grandstanding, threats, or cruelty.


Be professional. No selling, explicit or adult content, personal or sensitive info about you, or other members or political rants.


Join the conversation with care. Introduce yourself, read posts before replying, and keep responses simple, timely, and on-topic.


Engage thoughtfully. Ask clarifying questions, give credit when building on others’ ideas, and offer specific, constructive feedback. When posting resources or links, add a brief explanation about why they’re relevant.


Share responsibly. Do not share members-only content publicly.


Be considerate in virtual meetings. Listen fully, speak in turn, and give space for all voices.
