Terms and Conditions for Participating in Loyalty Labs
By purchasing a Loyalty Labs membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
WolfBrown will:

Provide you with access to an online learning community through the loyaltylabs.org website, including specialized content, facilitated forums, and periodic events
Participating Members will, at minimum:

Complete the Member Registration and Update Form

For organization memberships, maintain an updated list of team members covered by the membership (i.e., the primary contact, and up to four additional team members) by re-submitting the Member Registration and Update Form each time there is a change

Adhere to our Code of Conduct

Remain joined to the WolfBrown Announcements group (under “Labs”), in order to receive basic updates about the program
Confidentiality and Disclosure
Non-Disclosure. Loyalty Labs members acknowledge and agree that information posted on the members-only pages of the Loyalty Labs website and information exchanged with other members during events for members is privileged information for members only, and may not be disclosed, in whole or in part, to parties outside of the Loyalty Labs membership.
Members further agree not to share logins with individuals who are not representatives of, or consultants to, their organization.
WolfBrown shall not publicly release any reports or articles disclosing a specific organization's information without the organization’s advance permission. This shall not prohibit WolfBrown from publishing reports or articles using aggregated data or anonymously sourced information.
Privacy Assurances
WolfBrown will maintain a webpage on the loyaltylabs.org site. The privacy policy can be found here.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content on the loyaltylabs.org website is the protected intellectual property of WolfBrown, unless otherwise noted.
Refund Policy
Loyalty Labs memberships are non-refundable.
Withdrawal or Termination
You may cancel your nonrefundable membership at any time. To cancel, log into the website. Click on the down arrow next to your name, and select “My Account.” At left, select the “My Membership” option. Click the down arrow next to your Active membership, and select “Cancel Subscription.”
