Our Core Values
Our commitment to equity guides all of our work with Loyalty Labs, Audience Outlook Monitor, as well as our consulting work at WolfBrown.
Shared Purpose
We recognize the need for rapid evolution of customer relationships and believe that the kind of transformation in practice that is necessary can only come about through collective action.

Shared Vision
We share the vision that many more people in our communities will participate in our missions if given a wider array of opportunities to get involved.
Welcome Diverse Viewpoints
In our interactions between and amongst members, we’ll build a safe space for debate and discussion, recognizing that different people will have differing viewpoints on what’s appropriate for their organization. We will respect and welcome opinions that might diverge from our own.

Transparency
We understand that the Research & Design process necessarily involves both successes and failures, and therefore commit to being as transparent as possible about the results of experiments in order to foster a culture of learning.
Generosity
We will openly share as much knowledge and information as possible while respecting proprietary boundaries around intellectual property, as well as other member’s time.

Relevance
Through the member section of the website, members have the opportunity to send messages to other members, at will. We will respect the collective attention of members by ensuring that messages have a high level of relevance. Members agree to follow our Code of Conduct.
Shared Resources
For too long, R&D in the arts sector has been fueled by foundation grants that only benefit certain organizations. We are committed to long-term development of shared resources for research, experimentation, prototyping, and implementation that can benefit all.

Busting Out of Silos
While different kinds of organizations have different business models and artistic portfolios, we are committed to working across the geographical and disciplinary silos that have too often limited our field of vision.
