Partnership Opportunities
Local, regional, and national service organizations, along with their funders, play a vital role in extending the impact of Loyalty Labs and supporting the implementation of new practices. Three partnership levels are available. Please inquire directly to Surale Phillips about any of these partnership opportunities, at:

Research Cohort Partners
Partners at this level make a commitment to strengthening their community’s collective capacity for learning about audiences through research. Partners may be foundation funders acting alone, or service organizations acting with support from one or more local funders. This partnership represents an investment in building organizational capacity to refine programming, development, and marketing practices based on audience data.
Research Cohort Partnership - Level 1
Partners at this level select one of the Audience Outlook Monitor surveys for local deployment each year by a cohort of up to 20 local organizations. WolfBrown staff supports all technical aspects of the research and facilitates cohort learning. This partnership includes all the benefits of the Capacity-Building Partners program, incl. free Loyalty Lab memberships for all constituent organizations.
Flat annual fee..................................................................................... $12,500 per org., per annum
Research Cohort Partnership - Level 2
At this level, partners select specific organizations to receive unlimited access to Audience Outlook Monitor survey tools and dedicated learning support from WolfBrown – an $8,250 per organization, per annum, value. This includes Loyalty Labs membership. A local capacity building program is also included at this level.
Up to 5 organizations (all-access to AOM surveys).............................. $6,500 per org., per annum
plus cohort management fee of $1,500
Between 6 and 10 organizations (all-access to AOM surveys)............. $6,000 per org., per annum

11+ organizations (all-access to AOM surveys).................................... $5,500 per org., per annum

Greenhouse Partners
The Greenhouse Partnership is designed for service organizations working closely with local or regional funders. WolfBrown will design a bespoke program for each Greenhouse Partner, based on the unique needs, interests, and available resources of the partner and its constituent organizations. Greenhouse Partners may sponsor Loyalty Labs memberships for any number of organizations in their portfolio.
This partnership level establishes a local hub for learning, testing, and adoption of new practices emerging from the Loyalty Labs. WolfBrown will provide comprehensive support for local area experimentation with new practices, including exploratory research, experiment design, cohort facilitation, and evaluation.
The number of experiments that Greenhouse Partners support will depend on the interests of their members, and on available funding. With Greenhouse Partners in different cities and regions, partners can coordinate experiments across multiple sites. For example, a cohort of theatres across multiple cities might pilot test a new format. Or, multiple presenters might collaborate on a new adult education program.
